2.2 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans including Free, Pro (£12/month + VAT), and Enterprise tiers. Each plan includes different features, usage limits, and support levels as detailed on our pricing page.
2.3 API Access
Pro and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations and webhook functionality, subject to rate limits and fair usage policies.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.2 Content Compliance
You must ensure that all content processed through our Service complies with applicable laws, including UK GDPR, and does not contain harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material.
3.3 Fair Usage
Usage is subject to the limits specified in your subscription plan. Excessive usage that impacts service quality may result in temporary suspension.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%).
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and other major payment methods. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment providers.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Free plans display "Powered by Cyberbuddies AI" branding. Pro and Enterprise plans can remove this branding as part of the white-label service.
7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may be required with advance notice.
7.2 Service Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberbuddies AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
